Election 2023: East St. Louis is getting a new mayor, according to unofficial results

Final unofficial election results are in for East St. Louis.

The results are unofficial until local election authorities complete their canvass of results, which must be done by April 25.

These results do not include mail-in ballots that may arrive April 5-18.
