Final unofficial results are in for St. Clair County board chair, circuit clerk and more
Final unofficial results are in for the Nov. 5, 2024 election for St. Clair County local offices. All results are unofficial until certified by the county clerk.
All of St. Clair County’s countywide contested races also include East St. Louis’ election authority, which tabulates results separately.
East St. Louis’ early votes and votes by mail were added to these results Wednesday morning, changing unofficial final outcomes in two races: circuit clerk and county board of review (2-year term).
Mail-in ballots and provisional ballots from St. Clair County and East St. Louis may still be added to this tally. Vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked by Election Day and received within 14 days of the election to count.
Winners as of Wednesday morning in St. Clair County include Democrat Mark Kern for County Board Chair, Democrat Amanda Warma for County Board of Review, Democrat Irma G. Golliday for County Board of Review (2-year term), Democrat Kinnis Williams Sr. for Circuit Clerk, Democrat Calvin Dye Sr. for County Coroner, Democrat Michael P. Crockett Jr. for County Recorder, Democrat Courtney Moore for County Board District 7, Democrat Scott Greenwald for County Board District 10 and Republican Michael O’Donnell for County Board District 18.
