BND wants to find the cutest cat in Illinois. Submit your companion to our photo contest
Is your phone’s storage being taken over by pictures of your adorable cat? The Belleville News-Democrat is searching for Illinois’ cutest cat, and is accepting photo submissions from readers.
From silly kittens to sweet seniors, we want to see them all.
Submit your cat’s photo using this Google Form and tell us a little about your feline friend. You can also email all the required information to mhoward@bnd.com.
We are extending the deadline for submissions to 11:59 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11. We reserve the right to close the contest early in the event of a high volume of submissions. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Any reader can submit their cat for the contest, but voting will only be open to BND subscribers. When voting opens, subscribers can vote as many times as they like.

The first round of voting should begin Tuesday, Nov. 12, and subscribers will chose which cute cats move on in our competition. The winner of our contest will appear in a news story on bnd.com.
