Tornado warning issued for metro-east
A tornado warning has been issued until 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the metro-east, the National Weather Service said.
The areas in the warning include St. Clair and Madison counties and northwestern Monroe County.
A line of severe thunderstorms began rolling into the St. Louis metro area late Thursday afternoon.
