Democracy does not work for everyone

For all our wonderful and glorious history we have excelled, but sometimes we have failed by pursuing the claim that “all men are created equal.” It’s an unattainable goal and false anyway. Our founders who wrote it were largely northern Europeans and did not include blacks, Native Americans or women. Why do you think that, even with amendments since, it doesn’t work?

We continue to pursue democracy, but not true democracy. We want Republican (Representative) democracy and any one who doesn’t agree is called a socialist. We do this because it has worked for us. But now we are only 60 percent white of European descent. We are 13 percent black, 18 percent Hispanic, 3 percent Asian and continue moving to include Middle Eastern, Eastern Europeans and nearly every nationality worldwide. Quite a change from 1776. Look to any other county. None have the type of democracy we have. Why is that?

It’s because democracy does not work for everyone, especially a democracy founded by Christians. Almost the whole world uses some form of socialism because democracy does not work for them. We can’t ignore this because failure to recognize it is tearing us apart. Just think about this and how we can change for benefit of all.
