Both teams advance after playing two legs in the semifinal. Lazio defeated Atalanta 2-1 on penalties following a 3-3 aggregate score after two legs. Inter got past Como 3-2 on aggregate following a dramatic 3-2 comeback win in the second leg at home.
Inter Milan are looking to win their 10th Coppa Italia in their history and will look to do 'the double' after winning the league title last week. Lazio can qualify for the Europa League by winning the Coppa Italia.
Lazio and Inter played each other over the weekend in the Serie A. Inter won the match 0-3 at the Stadio Olimpico with goals from Lautaro Martinez, Petar Sucic, and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
