Travis Kelce 'Snubbed' Two TV Networks On His Wedding Day

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift welcomed just about everyone to their wedding at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday night. Everyone who could be considered a celebrity was invited, anyway.

However, two notable TV networks with major NFL ties were seemingly "snubbed," while the happy couple welcomed several announcers and personalities from three other prominent networks.

From NFL on FOX: Tom Brady, Kevin Burkhardt, Greg Olsen, Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson, Michael Strahan, Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, and Dean Blandino were all spotted in attendance.

Meanwhile, from ESPN: Joe Buck and wife Michelle Beisner-Buck, Rich Eisen, Pat McAfee, Stephen A. Smith and of course his brother, Jason Kelce, were in attendance.

Amazon Prime had guests in attendance, too: Tony Gonzalez, Richard Sherman, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Whitworth were all there.

But, as Awful Announcing points out, two TV networks were basically snubbed: CBS and NBC.

"But absent from the event was seemingly anyone from CBS or NBC. There was one rumor, from USA Today, that CBS lead NFL analyst Tony Romo may attend, despite his incessant on-air jokes about the couple. But Romo was not spotted by any paparazzi, nor included in any of the publicly available guest lists posted by the entertainment media," they wrote.

Could Kelce be hinting at his post-NFL future?

It won't come as a surprise if Kelce does TV after retiring from the NFL.

Could he be leaning toward ESPN, FOX or Amazon Prime?

"If Kelce's invite list was purely about his future job prospects, it'd make sense. There's no clear openings available on CBS, especially with Russell Wilson and Kyle Long joining The NFL Today studio show. Similarly, NBC retooled its entire Football Night in America studio this offseason, hiring Mike Tomlin as its centerpiece," Awful Announcing added.

It'll be interesting to see if anything comes out on CBS's side, which has had connections to Kelce for years now, broadcasting most big Chiefs games.
