O’Fallon 54, Belleville East 41
The Panthers downed the Lancers with 13-point victory at home.
Rini Harris led O’Fallon with 16 points. The Panthers are 12-4 overall and 7-0 in the Southwestern Conference. The Lancers are 13-2, 3-1.
Look ahead: O’Fallon faces East St. Louis and Belleville East hosts Belleville West — both at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6.
East St. Louis 68, Edwardsville 35
The Flyers coasted to a 33-point victory against the Tigers.
Macaleab Rich led East St. Louis with 16 points. The Flyers are 9-1 overall, 3-1 in the SWC. The Tigers are 9-7, 1-3.
Look ahead: East St. Louis faces O’Fallon and Edwardsville visits Collinsville — both at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6.
Collinsville 75, Cahokia 48
The Kahoks posted a 27-point victory against the Comanches.
Jake Wilkinson led Collinsville with 22 points. The Kahoks are 12-5 while the Commanches dropped to 2-12.

Belleville West 67, Alton 35
The Maroons got a decisive 32-point victory against the Redbirds.

The Eagles won a tight game by four points against the Bulldogs.

The Knights eased to an eight-point victory against the Eagles.
