BOYS

McCluer North 59, Alton 54

The Stars downed the Redbirds by five points at Alton.

McCluer North improved to 10-7 overall while Alton fell to 4-18.

Alton Marquette 86, Althoff 63

The Explorers posted a 22-point victory over the Crusaders at home.
