Here are the latest rankings of Illinois high school girls and boys basketball teams in each class, according to an Associated Press panel of sportswriters.
These are the boys polls with rank, team, first-place votes, record, total points and previous ranking.
Note: The final girls poll was last week and this will be the final boys poll for the 2022-23 season.
