The Belleville All-City Team was announced at the 71st annual Rotary Football Banquet at Fisher’s Restaurant on Tuesday night.

Team members were selected from among the rosters of Belleville’s three high school teams — Althoff, Belleville East and Belleville West — and voted on by coaches with assistance of the Belleville News-Democrat sports department.
