O’Fallon 7, Belleville West 1

The Panthers went on to a 6-run win over the Maroons, who were coming off a 6-1 loss to Red Bud.

O’Fallon improved to 7-10 overall, 3-3 in the SWC while Belleville West fell to 10-9, 4-3.

Freeburg 13, Wood River 1

The Midgets dominated the Oilers in a 12-run victory.

Freeburg, coming off a 12-2 win against O’Fallon, improved to 21-1 overall, 7-0 in Cahokia Conference action. Wood River fell to 6-13, 0-7.

Calli Smith led Freeburg with 2 hits and 3 RBI. Jordan Ealey paced Wood River with 1 hit and 1 RBI.

Samantha Roulanaitis won the game, allowing just 1 hit.
