Grizzlies promotional schedule features something for everyone
The Gateway Grizzlies have announced their promotional schedule for the 2016 season. Single-game, group, and season tickets are now on sale for all 48 regular season games and two pre-season games at GCS Ballpark.
Highlights of the promotional schedule include four special appearances, nine fireworks shows including two “#HuntingHungry” fireworks spectaculars, special giveaway nights and much more.
An appearance by former St. Louis Cardinal Willie McGee will kick off the 2016 season at GCS Ballpark on Friday, May 13. Special VIP all-inclusive suite tickets with a meet and greet opportunity are available for $100.
On Friday, June 10 a crazy gameshow will take over GCS Ballpark. The night will include many prizes and a chance for one lucky fan to walk away with $10,000. The Grizzlies will wear special camo jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game.
GCS Credit Union will celebrate their 75th Anniversary on Friday, June 17. The night will feature a special vintage jersey worn by the Grizzlies. Fans will be able to bid on the jerseys in a silent auction throughout the night.
The All-American weekend will kick off on July 1 with Olympic Gold Medalist and former WWE wrestler Kurt Angle. Special VIP all-inclusive suite tickets with a meet and greet opportunity are available for $75.
Sunday, July 3 will feature the first of two “Hunting Hungry” spectacular fireworks shows. The game also features a cap giveaway presented by Edward Jones.
Miss America Betty Cantrell will be at GCS Ballpark on July 29 for Princess Night. Fans are encouraged to dress as their favorite princess. Special VIP tickets with meet and greet and a commemorative photo are available for $50.
Viewer discretion is advised on Saturday, Aug. 20 for the Bad Boys of Baseball. Former Major League Baseball players Jose Canseco and John Rocker will be appearing to talk about their experiences during their time in baseball. Special VIP all-inclusive suite tickets with a meet and greet opportunity are available for $100.

There is truly something for everyone in our schedule – fireworks, bobbleheads, appearances, giveaways and even Miss America,” said Grizzlies Assistant General Manager Alex Wilson. “Mix that with our famous food, and we think we have the best lineup on and off the field in minor league sports.”
The “Greatest Night in Baseball” presented by Dutch Hollow Supplies will take place on Sunday, Sept. 4.
