In the grand scheme of many organizations, the significance of Clara Harrison's job as a file clerk may sometimes be underestimated. But not at the O'Fallon Public Safety Department, where she has been named the civilian Employee of the Year in recognition of the quality of her work in 2011.
Officials with the city of OFallon are pleased with the number of new commercial projects completed in 2011 and are looking for even more projects to come to fruition this year.
