Vacant house fire reported in Washington Park

A vacant house was mostly destroyed in a fire Friday night in Washington Park.

Officials on scene said no one was injured in the fire at 61st Street and Audubon Avenue.

The fire was nearly fully involved by the time firefighters arrived on scene around 6:15 p.m.

Washington Park Fire Department and State Park Fire Department both responded to the scene.
