ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, MAY 22

Melody M. Harris, 21, of 126 Adeline Drive, 7, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on or abour May 20 by Swansea police. Harris allegedly, carried in a vehicle a firearm, an Omega Model 100, .22 revolver and a FTR 52 revolver at a time when she was not on her own land, or in her own abode, or fixed place of business, the firearm possessed was uncased, loaded and immediately accessible at the time of the offense, the said defendant had not been issued a current, valid FOID Card and was 18 years of age or older.

Anna M. Wilkins, 30, of 815 St. Thomas Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and failure to stop after a motor vehicle accident involving property damage on or about April 19 by Lebanon police. Wilkins allegedly, drove a black 2004 Ford Explorer SUV on St. Louis Street in Lebanon, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol; knowingly failed to stop the vehicle she was driving after that vehicle was involved in an accident in which a gray 1987 Mercury Sabel, of Sylvia Turner, was damaged as a result of that accident. Defendant had previously committed the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol on Feb. 16, 2002 and Aug. 15, 2009.

Katherine A. Brinkley, 25, of 6 Dardenelle Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of an amount of a controlled substance excpet on or about May 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Brinkley allegedly, had in her possession capsules of a substance containing heroin.

Damon R. Bledsoe, 21, of 32 Estates View Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of failure to report weekly, no fixed address on or about May 8 by Fairview Heights police. Bledsoe allegedly, a sex offender, knowingly failed to report to the registering law enforcement agency, in accordance with the provisions of the sex offender registration act, with the chief of police in the city of Fairview Heights, on a weekly basis, as the defendant lacked a fixed residence at the time of this offense.
