Bad design at Dierberg’s Crossing
Whoever designed the parking at the Dierberg’s Crossing in Edwardsville and approved this design should be retrained in common sense.
If you manage to get a parking space, remember how you go in from the highway. Simply said, if you do not leave the same way you got in, you will find yourself in a maze of no exits, even having to turn around several times to attempt to get out.
In an emergency situation, unless the vehicles are able to jump over curbs or dividers, you are basically screwed. Perhaps a helicopter would be appropriate.
A non-emergency can actually lead to a nervous breakdown after you somehow find an exit after several minutes or hours of looking for and actually finding an exit.
