Three players reached double figures to lead Cahokia to advancement in the consolation bracket.
Jackorey Davis scored 18 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, and had five steals to lead the Commanches. Chris McRoberts scored 13 and Deavies Johnson had 10.
Cahokia (3-9) advances to a consolation bracket semifinal against Jacksonville at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Jacksonville 55 Salem 36
Brandon Combs was 8-for-11 from the field and scored a game-high 16 points to lead Jacksonville to the victory. The Crimsons led from start to finish, but turned a five-point halftime lead into a 20 point lead by the end of the third quarter.
Jacksonville will play Cahokia in the consolation bracket semifinal.
Arlington 73 Alton 52
Nathan Hoover scored 25 points and was among three Arlington scorers in double figures. Ray Price scored nine, but pulled down 11 rebounds for the Tigers.
Alton got 16 points from Marcus Latham and Maurice Edwards added 15.
Arlington advances to the tournament semifinal game against Germantown, Kentucky at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Redbirds fall to the fifth place bracket and a game against Mount Vernon. That game will be played Wednesday at 8:30 a.m.
Germantown (Kentucky) 48 Mount Vernon 45
Mount Vernon had the chance to take the lead with 10 seconds left, but missed a pair of free throws to fall out of championship contention.
Blake Jones led the Rams with 20 points and Braden Fitzjerrells pitched in 19. Germantown was led by Darrell Brown Jr., who scored 18 in the win.
Germantown advances to the tournament semifinal round Wednesday and a 12:30 p.m. game with Arlington. Mount Vernon will take on Alton in the fifth place bracket.
Christian County 80 Champaign Central 76
Central battled back from an 11-point deficit and chased Kentucky's top-ranked team through three overtime periods before falling to the fifth-place bracket.
Christian County sophomore Deterrion Ware continued to show off his three-point stroke with a team-high 32 points to go with seven rebounds. Tim Finke led Central with a game-high 34 points and nine rebounds.
Christian County advances to the tournament semifinal Wednesday at 2 p.m.
Centralia 58 Marist 46
Centralia closed out the tournament final four with its win over Chicago Marist. The Orphans held a one-point lead at the end of the first quarter, but opened it up to 11 by the end of the half and 18 at the close of the third quarter.
Dawson Berry scored a game high 16 to lead Centralia, which remains in contention for its third-straight Holiday Tournament championships. D'Aaron Owens scored 11 points and Tyriq Billberry added 10.
The Orphans will play Christan County in a 2 p.m. semifinal game Wednesday.
