New eatery to join City Foundry STL food hall in St. Louis. Here’s its specialty

A new kitchen specializing in artisan toasted ravioli will join City Foundry STL in 2022.

And who doesn’t enjoy good toasted ravs?

City Foundry STL recently announced that STL Toasted, owned by St. Louis native Matthew Fuller and his wife Brittany Abernathy, will join its expanding food hall.

This new kitchen will serve up a variety of savory and sweet toasted raviolis, bringing new twists to an old St. Louis favorite.

Some of their flavors include:

  • Three cheese

  • Buffalo chicken

  • Loaded potato

  • Lemon blackberry gooey butter cake

  • Apple pie

The idea to make artisan toasted ravs with different fillings first came to Fuller in 2014, according to the release.

However, the concept didn’t become a reality until 2020 when Fuller was in a car accident that left him unable to work for a year.

At that time, continued the release, Fuller and Abernathy remembered the idea, and STL Toasted was established.

The couple have recently hosted pop-up events in the St. Louis area, according to the release.

A recent article by Feast Magazine states that STL Toasted currently plans to open in March.

STL Toasted will join these recent additions to the City Foundry STL food hall:

  • Intergalactic: Opened in mid-December. Features smashburger and fries. Open for lunch and dinner 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday-Monday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
