Missouri coronavirus cases continue to rise, including cluster in St. Louis
Missouri has 1,581 coronavirus cases, with the highest amount in the St. Louis region, the state Department of Health and Senior Services says.
St. Louis County announced its fifth death on Wednesday, a man in his 50s, according to a news release from the St. Louis County Police Department. In total, the county had 605 cases as of Wednesday evening.
The city of St. Louis had 176 cases by Wednesday evening, the state health department reported. The city has had one death, which was announced on March 23.
