St. Clair County is offering mobile testing this week. Here’s where you can get tested
Free COVID-19 testing is being offered by St. Clair County’s Mobile Testing Unit throughout the county over the next week and a half at several locations.
No appointments are needed, and the sites offer test to adults and children who are 4 years old or older.
Testing will be offered on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Macke Community Center, 815 N. Borders St. in Marissa and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Smithton Community Park on Illinois 159 in Smithton.
On Thursday, testing will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 at Scheve Park, Harnett Street and Harper Road, Mascoutah
Testing next week, on Tuesday, June 30, will be offered at O’Fallon Family Sports Park at 301 Obernuefemann Road from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
People who visit the testing sites are asked to wear face coverings and bring photo identification or an insurance card if they have one.
Both St. Clair and Madison County have been offering mobile testing for several weeks in an effort to provide easier to access testing.
