Southwestern Illinois health officials report 76 new regional coronavirus cases Sunday
The southwestern Illinois region saw a total of 76 additional cases Sunday, with only St. Clair, Madison and Monroe counties reporting. There were no new deaths in these three counties.
Numbers update from Illinois
The state announced 1,541 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Sunday and one additional virus-related death for a total of 171,424 cases and 7,398 deaths since the pandemic began.
