St. Louis Zoo closing early due to weather

The St. Louis Zoo was set to close early Sunday due to expected snow, sleet and ice.

The zoo will close at 1 p.m. Sunday, according to the zoo’s Facebook page.

The St. Louis area may get about an inch of snow, along with ice and sleet as a winter storm moves across the area. The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory through early Monday morning.
