Chipotle Mexican Grill
Chipotle will open a new location next spring at 2200 Troy Road in Edwardsville. The popular American/Mexican fast food restaurant will be the second in southwestern Illinois. Renovations will be made to the former Bank of Hillsboro building.
Bennie’s Pizza Pub
Bennie’s Pizza Pub will be moving to a new location in early 2021. The downtown Belleville restaurant will move across the street from its current location to the space that formerly housed Panera Bread Co. Bennie’s Pizza Pub’s hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday. The Perfect Pop Gourmet Popcorn
Belleville couple Stephanie and Eddie Williams have started a new business specializing in flavored gourmet popcorn. Sugar High Cafe & Bakery
At downtown Belleville’s newest bakery, Sugar High Cafe & Bakery owner Amber Weiss creates custom cakes for all occasions. Breakfast and lunch items will also be available.
