Washington County reports missing woman was found deceased

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday that a 42-year-old Nashville woman who had been reported missing was found deceased.
“No further information will be released at this time,” according to the sheriff’s statement.
Cassandra E. Tanner was reported missing person, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office on Friday.
In the announcement on Friday, the sheriff’s office said that the public should take caution and call 911 if they saw Tanner because she is “suicidal and possibly armed with a rife.”
