Police seeking identity of man struck and killed by car in St. Clair County
Authorities are trying to identify a man who was struck and killed by a vehicle in St. Clair County early Sunday morning.
St. Clair County Coroner Calvin Dye Sr. said the man was pronounced dead at the scene, which was near Foley Drive and N. 88th Street, at 1:05 a.m. Sunday. Cahokia Heights Police are leading the investigation, which assistance from an Illinois State Police accident reconstruction unit.
No additional details have been released.
