A Belleville man has been charged in federal court in connection with an armed robbery of a Domino’s Pizza.

Sterling D. Gould, 37, was charged with interference with commerce by robbery, which is a violation of the Hobbs Act, the U.S. District Attorney’s Office said.

Gould also faces one count of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence, and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon, in connection with the July 12 armed robbery of the Domino’s Pizza on West Main Street in Belleville.
