Don’t Miss This: Charges in Edwardsville teen shooting

▪  Men from O’Fallon and Centreville have been charged in connection with the shooting of a teenager in Edwardsville. The victim was riding in a car with the suspects when he said they attacked him. He was able to escape from the vehicle and walk to a nearby fire station for help.

▪  Police are investigating the death of a 3-month-old boy from East St. Louis. The baby was reported to be unresponsive and not breathing on Thursday by his father.

▪  St. Clair County State Rep. Eddie Lee Jackson has announced that he won’t be running for re-election. County Democrat Party Chairman Robert Sprague said in a letter to precinct captains that Lotoya Greenwood has been endorsed by the party to run for Jackson’s seat in the 114th District.
