A Bonne Terre, Missouri, man has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Christopher Moses in Sauget last week.
Nicholas W. Wann was charged in St. Clair County on Tuesday night, Master Sergeant Michael Lewis of the Illinois State Police said. He was being held Wednesday at teh St. Francois County Jail in Missouri on $400,000 bail.
Wann was one of the five people identified from surveillance footage released by police on Monday, Lewis said. Two of the people in those photos have been cleared of any wrongdoing.
Moses, of Fenton, Missouri, was found shot to death in his white Nissan Frontier on Illinois 3 near South Eighth Street in Sauget on Friday.

Wann is being held on a $400,000 bond at St. Francois County Jail in Missouri, Lewis said.
Lewis said police are still asking for witnesses to come forward that may have seen the events that transpired between Moses and the persons of interest, who fled the area of Pop’s Nightlcub that night in a black Dodge Ram pickup.
