Alton homicide victim identified, police offering reward for information
The victim of a homicide being investigated in Alton has been identified as a 69-year-old man who lived in the home where his body was found.
The Madison County Coroner’s Office identified the man as Larry F. Singleton, who was found dead in the residence at 1129 Highland Ave. early Monday after police were called there for a welfare check.
