Two men shot to death in Cahokia Heights on Saturday, according to authorities

Two men were shot to death in Cahokia Heights on Saturday.
Authorities said the shooting happened in the 4100 block of Brady Avenue.
The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis was activated Saturday to take over the investigation, according to Francella Jackson, the public information officer for the Cahokia Heights Police Department.
