Here’s the lawsuit filed against St. Clair County, Mark Kern and Thomas Holbrook
St. Clair County board member Ed Cockrell and Republican Party Chairwoman Cheryl Mathews filed a lawsuit against the county, Chairman Mark Kern and County Clerk Thomas Holbrook, alleging the Democrats conspired to dilute Republican influence in a newly redistricted map of the county.
