Why are you running?
I am running because I want the opportunity to serve my community and use the talents God entrusted to me as a voice for and of the people.
What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?
Revenue for the City is probably the most pressing issue at this time. Due to the pandemic, businesses are experiencing the loss of patrons resulting in financial difficulties and economic instability. This also translates into reduced revenue for the City. If businesses are not able to remain stable, the City experiences financial issues which directly impacts the residents in various ways. I would assist the City in looking for viable solutions to help strengthen small community businesses to maintain their presence; pursue efforts to recruit and attract new businesses as a means of generating additional revenue so as to alleviate the need to place additional hardship/burden on residents (Taxes) who are already overwhelmed from this Pandemic.
Why should people vote for you?
People should vote for me because I am one of them. I am honest, I have great integrity, I am trustworthy, and I am an advocate/servant by nature. People should vote for me because I have vast experience in advocating on behalf of others. Have represented numerous individuals on legal issues and quality of life issues; experience advocating before Administrative Law Judges, Township Supervisors, County Board Members and other Administrative Law bodies.
