This southern Illinois employer is one of the best to work for in 2025, Inc. says
A southern Illinois marketing company was recently named among the nation’s “Best Workplaces” in 2025 by Inc., an online publication focused on entrepreneurship.
The June 17 ranking named 25 Illinois companies among the best in the U.S., including Rankings.io, a Marion-based marketing company for personal injury lawyers.
Inc. reports “thousands” of companies applied to be included in the 2025 ranking, and 514 made the cut. To qualify for the list, a company must be independent, based in the U.S., have at least five permanent employees, have been in business for at least two years and bring in less than $1 billion in total annual revenue.
Inc. reports the company partners with Quantum Workplace to score the applicants on what benefits they offer to at least half of their employees, including insurance, paid leave, wellness benefits and more. An employee engagement survey is also conducted.
“Not only do these winners claim to uphold a strong workplace culture, but their employees corroborate it as well,” Inc. says.
After scores for benefits and employee engagement are calculated, Inc. also conducts “background research” to vet each company.
“We are so proud to announce that we have made the list of Honorees for Inc. Magazine Best Workplaces for 2025!” Rankings.io staff wrote in a June 17 Facebook post.
“It is an absolute honor to be able to maintain our status as an incredible workplace through a year of explosive growth. We truly believe this award serves as a testament to our company culture, dedication, and unity behind our team,” the social media post continued.
The News-Democrat has reached out to staff at Rankings.io for further comment.
