Class 4A Regional Semifinals

Belleville East 69, Granite City 35

The Lancers dominated in a 34-point victory over the Warriors.

Jordan Pickett led Belleville East with 27 points. Belleville East improved to 26-6 overall while Granite City ended its season at 16-15.

Look ahead: Belleville East faces O’Fallon at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, for the regional championship.

O’Fallon 55, Belleville West 46

The Panthers defeated the Maroons by nine points.

Rini Harris led O’Fallon with 16 points. O’Fallon improved to 23-7 overall while Belleville West concluded its season with a 14-16 record.

Look ahead: O’Fallon faces Belleville East at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the regional title game.

Collinsville 71, Edwardsville 56

The Kahoks got a decisive 15-point victory over the Tigers.

Jake Wilkinson led Collinsville with 20 points. Collinsville improved to 21-11 overall while Edwardsville’s season ended at 20-11.

Look ahead: Collinsville faces Quincy at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the regional title game.

Quincy 71, Alton 42

The Blue Devils dominated the Redbirds with a 29-point victory.

Quincy improved to 25-4 overall while Alton ended the season with a 6-25 record.

Look ahead: Quinicy faces Collinsville at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, for the regional crown.

Class 3A Regional Semifinals

East St. Louis 74, Taylorville 35

The Flyers got past the Tornadoes with a 39-point win.

Robert McCline led East St. Louis with 14 points. The Flyers improved to 21-8 overall on the season.

Look ahead: East St. Louis faces Jacksonville at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, for the regional championship.

Centralia 66, Waterloo 49

The Orphans coasted to a 17-point victory over the Bulldogs.

Centralia improved to 21-6 overall while Waterloo ended the season 8-24.

Look ahead: Centralia faces Carbondale at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the regional title game.

Carbondale 35, Mascoutah 33

The Terriers got by the Indians with a two-point victory.

Carbondale improved to 11-16 overall while Mascoutah finished the season 21-11.

Look ahead: Carbondale faces Centralia at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the regional title game.

Triad 43, Civic Memorial 30

The Knights rolled the Eagles with a 13-point victory.

Triad improved to 26-6 overall while Civic Memorial’s season ended at 14-19.

Look ahead: Triad faces Jerseyville at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the regional championship.

Jerseyville 57, Highland 52

The Panthers blew by the Bulldogs with a five-point victory.

Jerseyville improved to 16-16 overall while Highland concluded the season 21-11.

Look ahead: Jerseyville faces Triad at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the regional championship.

Class 2A Regional Semifinals

Breese Central 60, Wesclin 46

The Cougars downed the Warriors with a 14-point victory.

Breese Central improved to 27-4 overall while Wesclin ends the season 22-11.

Look ahead: Breese Central faces Mater Dei at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, for the regional championship.

Columbia 59, Red Bud 50

The Eagles finishes off the Musketeers with a nine-point victory.

Dylan Murphy led Columbia with 19 points and 13 rebounds. Columbia improved to 28-4 overall while Red Bud concluded the season 24-9.

Look ahead: Columbia faces Pinckneyville at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, for the regional championship.

Pinckneyville 61, Freeburg 39

The Panthers dominated the Midgets with 22-point victory.

Pinckneyville improved to 25-6 overall while Freeburg’s season ended at 21-12.

Look ahead: Pinckneyville faces Columbia at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, in the regional championship.

Mater Dei 51, Nashville 37

The Knights defeated the Hornets by 14 points.

Mater Dei improved to 15-16 overall while Nashville ended the season 20-11.

Look ahead: Mater Dei faces Breese Central at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, for the regional championship.

Class 1A Regional semifinals

Gibault 67, Father McGivney 43

The Hawks rolled past the Griffins to advance to the regional championship.

Gibault improved to Father McGivney finished the season 16-15.

Gavin Kesler led the Hawks with 27 points, while Hudson Blank added 19 points and Kaden Augustine posted 17 points.

Look ahead: Gibault faces Lovejoy for the regional championship at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.
