Coroner called to house fire in Centralia
One person apparently died in a house fire Friday morning in Centralia.
Firefighters were called to the home on North Hickory Street at about 5:40 a.m. WJBD Radio reported that the Marion County coroner was called to the scene.
Centralia firefighters had been pushed away from the home by the flames when they first tried to get inside, the radio station reported.
