Why are you running and why should you be nominated? I would like to be re-elected to be able to continue my work for flood control in the American Bottoms flood plain where I work and live.

What is the most important issue facing your county and how would you handle it? Be vigilant about the way we spend such as our budget, etc. I will continue to be responsible just as I was with the last budget.

What other issues do you want to focus on as a county board member? How would you approach those issues? When the Metro East Sanitary District calls for a Democrat to replace me on the MESD board, which is by state law, see state statute. I will not be happy until I am replaced with a Democrat.
