It occupies a full city block. Now this metro-east entertainment hub is for sale
The 100 block of Collinsville’s East Clay Street, which houses multiple business tenants offering a restaurant, sports bar, distillery and more, is for sale.
BarberMurphy listed the commercial property, marketing it as a “multi-tenant investment property featuring a diverse range of spaces” and has a sale price of $2.75 million.
Herald Square, which includes Ardent Spirits, The Press House, The Daily Draft and other businesses and entertainment areas, is a 0.94-acre property that has continued to grow since Old Herald Brewery & Distillery first opened in 2019.
Owner Derik Reiser could not be immediately reached for comment.
Reiser began a two-phase development project in spring 2022. Phase one included adding a climate-controlled outdoor restroom, an entertainment pavilion and a custard shop.
Original plans called for Uptown Scoops to open on the Herald Square campus. Owner Donna Green later changed her plans and opened the establishment on West Main Street in September 2022. Reiser opened Cold Herald in its place.
Phase two consisted of renovating the buildings on the block, except for the existing barber shop that is still in operation, to accommodate a sports bar, an event venue and retail spaces.
The Press House joined Old Herald in summer 2025 and opened in August. The Sports Page Lounge opened in summer 2024 and later became The Daily Draft.
