Why are you running? Serving the people of Swansea is a great honor. I serve for two reasons …. for “love” of our community and to help keep Swansea a great place to live, work and raise a family. My goal is to keep Swansea the kind of community that our citizens want it to be and to work to keep taxes low, keep costs down, provide high quality services, keep our property values strong, provide an open and honest form of government, and ultimately to meet the wants and needs of our citizens.

What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it? Economic Development is the top issue for Swansea. As a homebuilder and residential land developer, I have many connections in the business/development community. I will continue to work closely with Swansea Building & Zoning Department, real estate brokers, land owners, commercial developers, and business owners to continue to attract new businesses or expand existing businesses in Swansea. The goal is always to attract tax revenue producing businesses that Swansea residents want and will patronize.

Why should people vote for you? Having lived here my entire life and building homes here for over 25 years, I have a vested interest in continuing to see Swansea grow and thrive. I always feel it’s important to get involved and give back to the community in which I live in. I have a proven track record of managing a successful business. I am fiscally responsible, utilize resources efficiently, and know the importance of working within a given budget. Most importantly, I am honest and a great listener. I will continue to focus on the issues that are most important to the residents of Swansea.
